The Associated Students of the University of California, Merced (ASUCM) is the undergraduate student government of UC Merced and it derives its power from the ASUCM Constitution, UC Merced Office of the Chancellor and UC Office of the President.

Modeled after the United States Federal Government, the ASUCM consists of an executive, legislative and judicial branch. The mission of the ASUCM is to improve student life at UC Merced.
